The villagers of Venkatapuram treat Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Prasad alias Satyam (Balakrishana) as good as god. Government officials, even the law doesn’t meddle with him due to respect and the reputation he has built for himself. An old man who calls himself as ‘Okka Maggadu’ fights against the injustice of the Chief Minister. Meanwhile police arrests Satyam on charges of killing corrupt officials. He claims to be Okka Magaadu. Rest of the story reveals who is Okka Magadu and why and how he kills the government officials and corrupt people.
