Dijo John ( Mohanlal), is a professional wild-life photographer. Once, while on a photographic mission to Wyanad forests, he saves an adivasi boy, Thammi from the hands of the Police, who had resorted to brutal force to curb an adivasi agitation for land. He even takes a photograph of the Officer getting ready to shoot the unarmed harmless boy. Thammi subsequently lodged in a juvenile home. But after few days Thammi goes missing. Dijo tries to trace him but he too goes missing. At this juncture how Dijo’s twin brother and owner of a publication, Joy makes all out effort to trace them and how at last Dijo appears again forms the climax of the film.
