Mahesh (Srikanth) is a sincere and honest police officer. Many politicians dislike him for his honest duty. Meanwhile one such politician (Vishwendar Reddy) kills his kids to take revenge on Mahesh. After this incident Mahesh quits his job as police officer, changes his name to Bhagavanthudu and becomes a MLA with the help of Ruchi (Mumaith Khan). Rest of the story is how Bhagavanthudu makes people realize that there is some fault in the system and how he gets back his job as police officer after taking revenge on Vishwendar Reddy.
